Architected a multi-agent LLM workflow for credit-risk decision support using Microsoft Agent Framework and Azure AI Foundry, while also helping bring a production-ready multi-tenant GenAI content generation platform to production with FastAPI, Terraform, and Azure Functions. The initiative delivered an 85% reduction in evaluation turnaround and was prioritised within Credicorp’s AI transformation track.
Designed 4 specialised agents for capacity, willingness, compliance, and decision support, validated on 50 representative scenarios and presented to 2 C-level executives.
Led stakeholder discovery across the credit flow, identifying that 75% of cases ran through point-of-sale channels, 25% reached centralised underwriting, and payment capacity constraints drove 37% of initial underwriting denials.
Built a secure multi-tenant GenAI content generation platform with serverless Azure infrastructure, centralising AI capabilities across 4 business units.
